CMCP-140/150 NEMA 4 and 4X Proximity Probe Driver Enclosures |

NEMA 4 and 4X Din Rail Enclosures are provided by STI Custom Products for housing Proximity Probe Drivers. These enclosures are not limited to drivers, the enclosures may be used to mount other DIN rail mounted devices such as transmitters. STI Custom Products should be contacted for any non standard configuration required for an application.
The enclosure covers have a continuous hinge on the long side of the unit for convenience, and are secured to the enclosure with clamps. The enclosures are available in NEMA 4 painted steel or NEMA 4X stainless steel to cover most applications. All enclosures are provided with an oil resistant gasket and stainless steel clamps for easy screwdriver access.
All of the enclosures can be air purged with plant air to meet the specific application needs. A simple purge fitting for connection to plant air is available as a standard option. Hazardous area air purge systems can be supplied by STI Custom Products to meet customer application requirements. |
NEMA 4 Painted Steel Enclosures:

ANSI 61 powder coated on the interior and exterior surfaces. They are constructed from 14 gauge mild steel. These enclosures are designed for use in areas which may be regularly hosed down or are very wet, and they are suitable for indoor or outdoor installations. |

Constructed from 14 gauge 304 stainless steel rather than a mild steel. They are designed for the same use as the NEMA 4 enclosures with the ability to resist corrosive environments. |
