CMCP's ability to design and manufacture Custom Products or Fast Prototypes provides solutions to end user and OEM's alike. CMCP has provided many innovative solutions to customers at their request. 

Examples of CMCP Custom Products have been Low Channel Count Monitors, Special Displays, Custom Switch Boxes for permanently mounted transducers, Enclosures for transmitters or other devices, Shaft Run-out Measurement Systems and Special cables of all types. If you have a good idea or a requirement for something not in the standard product offering let us know, we may be able to help.

Contact CMCP and our engineers will work with you to prepare a simple specification or Users Requirement Document that our designs will meet. In many cases letting the CMCP engineer and customer communicate directly provides the quickest and most complete design that meets the customers expectations. Custom Products are always designed and built with the best possible quality and care but due to the one off nature of the business no manuals or documentation are provided other than the minimum required. No warranties are provided other than workmanship.

CMCP has already provided over 100 integrated custom panels and enclosures to our customers containing products such as Rack Mount Monitors (SKF, Bently Nevada, IRD)  MIM's (Monitor Interface Modules), LMU's (Local Monitoring Units), Turbine Governor's, and Compressor Controls. Products are integrated into Rittal and Hoffman Panels or other if required by the customer and provided with pre-wired terminals, power distribution, tagging, ground bars, smoke detectors, temperature detectors, and other items as required by the customer. Complete design and drawing packages are provided in both AutoCAD and Intergraph. FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and customer inspection scheduling are provided at customer request. Customer have included Aramco, Chevron, BHEL, Brown and Root, Wyle Labs and Amoco.
